We serve Maryland residents across a range of economic situations. Specific programs may have income guidelines — our intake team will help you find the right fit.
Housing Stabilization
Emergency rental assistance, eviction prevention counseling, and affordable homeownership through our community land trust model.
Eligibility
- Maryland resident facing housing instability or eviction
- Income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Active lease or rental agreement (for rental assistance)
Workforce Navigation
One-on-one career coaching, job placement support, and skills training referrals to help you build a career that sustains stable housing.
Eligibility
- Maryland resident seeking employment or career advancement
- Experiencing or at risk of housing instability
- Motivated to complete job placement program
Community Health Worker
In-home and community-based health navigation, chronic disease support, and connection to mental health and social services.
Eligibility
- Maryland resident with unmet health or social service needs
- Experiencing barriers to accessing healthcare
- Referred by a healthcare provider, social worker, or self-referred
Transportation Mobility
Donated vehicle access, auto repair assistance, and driver education support through our partnership with Vehicles for Change.
Eligibility
- Maryland resident employed or with confirmed job offer
- Income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level
- Valid or obtainable Maryland driver's license

Vehicles for Change referrals
Bayit CLT is an authorized referral partner for Vehicles for Change, a Maryland nonprofit that provides donated vehicles to low-income workers. If you're employed or have a confirmed job offer and need reliable transportation, we can refer you directly.

- Driver education and licensing support
- Income eligibility: at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level
